We are looking for an Acquisition/Operations Analyst to join our team to support the IFMC Project Office, AMD Mission Command Product Office, FAAD C2 Product.
The Acquisition/Operations Analyst will provide direct support to the Assistant Product Manager for FAAD C2. Their expertise in acquisition and operations will provide insight into budget and obligation tracking of contractor financials, supporting program documentation and internal tasking activities, and supporting the AMD Mission Command Program Operations team
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Attending weekly Staff Call meetings with FAAD C2 team to present budget tracking data.
- Overseeing Prime Contractor financials and provide opinions/insights on data to customer.
- Supporting reviews of program documentation, contract documentation, and other relevant items.
- Collating and preparing FAAD C2 significant events for reporting to Project Office.
- Supporting AMD Mission Command Program Operations team as needed.
- Ensuring weekly FAAD C2 charts are updated as part of the AMD Mission Command Staff Call.
- Providing onsite customer support.
At a minimum you should have:
- An active DoD SECRET Security Clearance
- Proficientcy in Microsoft Office Toolset.
- Be effective in presentation and communication of data and opinions in written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
- The ability to interact and support customers and teammates at various levels.
- Experience with IMS tracking.
- Strong understanding of budget and financial tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze proposals and acquisition documentation.
- The ability to consolidate multiple inputs to a single cohesive presentation.
- Experience supporting acquisition and operations in a DoD environment
You will be highly desirable if you have:
- Experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Programs.

Estimated Salary Range: $125,000 to $165,000
